Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane shared his joy on social media after starring in the convincing 3-0 win over Leicester City on Sunday.
Spurs have been in superb form over the past week, having defeated Arsenal 2-1 in the north London derby before seeing off Newcastle United on the road in midweek.
Jose Mourinho’s men faced a Leicester City side on Sunday who were in desperate need of a win to maintain their hopes of finishing in the top four of the Premier League this season.
Spurs had their own ambitions for next season in regards to European football, with a place in the Europa League still up for grabs after the club’s hopes of a top four spot were recently buried.
An an early goal from James Justin – only six minutes after kick off – set Tottenham on their way and even though Leicester City produced a period of pressure in response to conceding, a pair of goals from Harry Kane late in the first half wrapped up the win with 45 minutes still left to play.
