Pundit Clint Morrison has told Sky Sports that he believes Tottenham Hotspur would not mind making a move for Crystal Palace star Wilfred Zaha in the near future.
With Harry Kane not managing to remain fit for the entirety of this season, Mauricio Pochettino might have been reminded of how much he needs another player to shore up his options in attack.
Finding a man with Premier League experience will be the club’s priority if they are to look for a forward in the summer transfer window.
Crystal Palace winger Wilfred Zaha is a player who would add some quality to the Tottenham squad, having been linked with a move to north London in the recent past.
The former Manchester United star has enjoyed another good season at Selhurst Park where Palace have clinched safety in the top flight of English football for another year.
And for Clint Morrison, Zaha is a player whom Tottenham could make a move for.
“When he is in a one-on-one situation, you don’t want to be against Wilf [Zaha]. And he believes in his own ability. I know him personally, he plays like he is in the playing ground. He plays like ‘give me the ball, I’m going to make things happen’. He likes to entertain, do a trick and make the defender look silly.” Morrison said, as quoted by HITC
“I believe Arsenal or Tottenham would take him. I think he would get into Arsenal’s team. I can’t see Liverpool or Manchester City.”
