Bruno Fernandes is reportedly seeking a move to Tottenham this summer, as the English transfer window nears its deadline.
The 24-year-old was in superb form for club and country last season, as he topped off a memorable campaign by winning the Nations League with Portugal.
Manchester United have been the side often linked with a move to sign Fernandes all summer with Corriere dello Sport claiming that the Red Devils had an agreement in place for the Portuguese star a few weeks ago.
However, according to the Daily Mail, Tottenham are actually the club that Fernandes is interested in joining.
The report claims the midfielder told Sporting last Friday that his desire is to leave and move to the Premier League.
Further more, Spurs are said to have made an offer to sign Fernandes (as per the Daily Mail) but the Portuguese side’s price demands have not been met yet.
Due to Dele Alli’s continued injury problems, Spurs have a void in midfield which could certainly be filled by Fernandes, a player who scored 31 goals last season.
