Tottenham Hotspur are to set to complete a new signing for the first team after nearly two years of no arrivals at the club.
Mauricio Pochettino has been rumoured to be shopping for a young attacker and after the failure to land Aston Villa star Jack Grealish, the Spurs boss is set to secure the signature of Jack Clarke instead.
The Leeds United winger has been tipped to become a real hit and Spurs have managed to agree a deal to sign him.
Based on a report by Leeds Live, Clarke’s transfer to Tottenhan will be announced as early as Monday with the team getting ready for the beginning of pre-season.
The young attacker is claimed to have passed his medical in north London which took place on Wednesday.
Clarke is also reported to have put pen to paper on a five-year contract with his new club after agreeing to leave Leeds United.
As it stands, the 18-year-old will officially be announced as a Tottenham player on Monday.
