Sanchez and Sissoko start in 3-4-3: Spurs predicted line-up against Liverpool

Mauricio Pochettino will take his side to Anfield this weekend, knowing very well that any points dropped could see them lose their grip on third spot in the Premier League.

Spurs had been coping well with the absence of star striker Harry Kane for four weeks and in fact, by early February, Pochettino’s men were only a few points behind Liverpool and Manchester City.

However, the return of Kane has coincided with the return of Tottenham’s worst form and that has come at arguably the most important period of the season where the team’s fate could be easily decided.

Ahead of the trip to Liverpool, Tottenham are only one point above Arsenal, who are in fourth place, and earning all three points at Anfield could be a tough task due to the fact that Jurgen Klopp’s men are in a desperate pursuit of the Premier League title.

The best system for Tottenham in this game would be one which sees Kane, Sissoko and Son all start in a powerful front three.

Having Sanchez and Vertonghen at the back too might be our best possible chance to stop the likes of Mane and Salah.
