Spurs submit £23m offer for goal-scorer as negotiations begin

Tottenham have ‘submitted an offer’ to clinch the signing of Alassane Plea from Nice, based on reporting coming from France.

Harry Kane finished last season as Spurs’ top scorer yet again and he will be tipped to repeat those exploits next year, but his involvement in this summer’s World Cup could affect how his upcoming season will be.

Therefore, Mauricio Pochettino is proactively in search of a back-ups striker and that may well be Alassane Plea.

Reports from RMC Sport are indicating that Tottenham have submitted an offer of £23m to sign the striker this summer.

In fact, negotiations are claimed to be ongoing between Nice and Mauricio Pochettino’s side and an agreement is expected to be reached without any issues.
