Tottenham ‘close to agreeing’ deal for 22-year-old midfielder

Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli is reported to be on course to agree a new lucrative deal with the club ahead of next season.

Spurs chairman Daniel Levy has been eager to secure the commitment of his star men at the club with the likes Davinson Sanchez, Harry Kane and Mauricio Pochettino all signing new deals.

Alli in particular, has developed into a vital player in the Tottenham squad after breaking into the first team a couple of seasons ago.

Based on a report by Football London, the midfielder has been offered a new deal to commit his future to the club.

Alli is reportedly set to put pen to paper on a contract which will raise his weekly wages to £100,000.

With the club preparing for another season in the Champions League, it is definitely important to tie down as many players as possible before rumours get silly after the World Cup is over.
