Tottenham have ‘entered talks’ with Fenerbahce over a loan deal for out of favour striker Vincent Janssen, based on a report by SporX.
The 24-year-old, who moved to the Premier League in 2016, has failed to keep in a place in Mauricio Pochettino plans and his days at the club appear to be numbered.
Janssen was left out of the squad for the pre-season tour of America with the club opening the door for his departure this summer.
The new report is indicating that a loan offer has been received from Fenerbahce and the two clubs are understood to be discussing a deal at the moment.
Earlier this summer, Tottenham were reportedly looking to include an obligation-to-buy clause for the striker, who scored only four goals during his spell in Turkey last season.
Speaking on the Dutchman’s future, Mauricio Pochettino said: “I think it’s different personal situations for different players. It’s clear the situation for players like Vincent.”
