New Tottenham star Lucas Moura has elaborated more on what has motivated him to agree a transfer switch to London.
The 25-year-old spent almost five years at Paris Saint-Germain before being approached by an offer from Spurs during the January transfer window.
Moura, who had fallen out of favour at the Ligue 1 club, went on to complete a £23million move to Tottenham, a bargain deal in today’s market.
The Brazilian winger is now on international duty ahead of the World Cup and he has spoken very highly of the club’s facilities which ‘motivated’ him into joining Tottenham.
“Tottenham’s training centre is sensational. Without a doubt, the national team will be very satisfied there to perform the best preparation.” Moura said
“It’s a sensational structure, several pitch, very spacious place, giant gym, huge locker room as well. Very cozy and pleasant.”
“It was one of the things that motivated me to agree with the club. I was very thrilled and excited to enjoy that structure soon.
“I was very surprised when I got to know it. From the little that I know of the training centers of the teams, it is in the top 5, if not in the top 3 of Europe. The place is sensational.”
