Tottenham Hotspur’s new stadium has been winning plaudits from just above everyone and even ex-G*nners are now joining in.
For many years, Spurs fans had to deal with trash talking from supporters of rival clubs who felt Tottenham were not up there with the big boys.
But under the management of Mauricio Pochettino, Spurs have made giant leaps and at the moment, there is no question that the club is rubbing shoulders with some of European football’s biggest names.
Tottenham are still competing in the Champions League, where they have a 1-0 lead over Manchester City after the first leg of the quarterfinals, while they stay on course to finish in third place in the Premier League.
Several pundits have admitted they have been impressed by the club’s new beautiful ground.
And joining in on the praises is former Arsenal women’s player Alex Scott, who has also raved about Spurs’ brand new stadium.
“It really is (incredible). There’s been talk about some players slipping but look there’s no excuses it is absolutely magnificent.”, she said according to the Express
“The arena, the sounds, everything about it is magnificent, and Spurs fans and Spurs players this is now they’re home.
“They’re enjoying it and they’re going to come out today and everyone, the fans coming in you can already sense the atmosphere – and that’s coming from me!”
