Former Tottenham Hotspur player Micky Hazard ripped into one man after the loss to Bournemouth in the Premier League on Saturday.
Following the defeat to Ajax in the first leg of the Champions League semifinal at home, Spurs were aware that focus had to be swiftly turned to trying to secure a top four finish before the second leg of the tie.
But in absolutely frustrating fashion on Saturday, Tottenham somehow failed to earn even a point as the race for the top four now appears to be going down to the wire.
Spurs were actually in control of the contest against the Cherries until the red card which Heung-min Son received for an angry reaction.
After seeming to have done enough to hold on to a draw, Tottenham conceded a late goal to succumb to a 1-0 loss.
And following the defeat, Micky Hazard has hit out at the referee for having a poor game.
Got to say the standard of refereeing in our country is beyond a joke. This ref is so so so poor it’s untrue
